Exchange alerts and wallet alarms
Three alarms around the transfer itself: which exchange sent or received the USDT, whether Tether froze the address, and whether someone approved unlimited USDT.
Binance and Bybit labels on the transfer alert
When a normal TRON wallet receives or sends USDT, the alert can name the other side. If that address is a public exchange wallet, the line under the amount reads From: Binance or To: Bybit. Untagged addresses stay blank. Nothing is guessed.
Tether USDT freeze alarm
Tether keeps a blacklist inside the USDT contract on TRON, Ethereum and BSC. The bot asks that contract about each watched address. If the answer flips to frozen, you get a Telegram alarm: the issuer blacklisted the wallet and USDT there can no longer move.
Unlimited USDT approval alarm
On BSC and Ethereum, a wallet can approve a contract to spend USDT without sending any tokens yet. If that allowance is unlimited, the bot sends an alarm with the spender address. Revoke it if you did not sign it. The warning arrives before the balance leaves.

Before sending funds to an exchange or counterparty, check whether a wallet address appears on known risk or compliance lists.
What does "blacklist check" mean?
A blacklist or risk-list hit means the address has been flagged by one or more compliance data providers. It does not mean the address is frozen on-chain — it means exchanges, OTC desks, or counterparties may refuse transactions with that address. Always verify with your exchange's own policy.
