What the freeze alarm checks
Tether keeps a blacklist inside the USDT contract. A frozen address can no longer move its USDT. The bot calls that contract for each watched wallet on TRON, Ethereum and BSC.
The message says Tether blacklisted the address and the bot detected it. It also tells you not to send more USDT there.
When you are notified
You are alerted the first time the bot sees the address already frozen, and again if a watched address flips from clear to frozen. A failed RPC call does not raise an alarm.
This is separate from the risk-list check. A compliance hit does not mean the tokens are frozen on-chain.

Does a freeze alert use my private key?
No. It only needs the public address you already added for monitoring.
