Same player source as List players (statistics overview pages). Put cron on the server every minute; here you choose which pages, how many people, and how many minutes to wait between each message. At most 100 recipients per job.
Range from-to (inclusive): pages 1 through 4, or only 4 and 5. Comma list works too. A single number = that page only.

0 = up to 100 (everyone listed from those pages, capped at 100). Otherwise 1–100.

Cron can still run every minute; this is the pause between sends inside one job. 0 = no wait (use carefully).
